We accept the following file formats: .ai, .psd, .pdf, .png, .jpeg.
.ai, .pdf, and .psd file formats preferred.
Please make sure your final product is at least 12.5" diameter in 300 dpi. The quality of the print will only be as good as the image, so it's important that the image resolution is set to 300 dpi.
If you do not have the access or experience to recreate a logo or change the image resolution, let us help you! Just let us know what kind of logo or image you have and you can send it to us via email at orders@culturalcourtesy.com. Just be sure to reference your order number when you send us your images.
